Vision Partners is a significant development in Optometry. This initiative is designed to add meaningful value to:

A) Members

-One of Vision Partners key strengths is the collective power of its membership. This will be used to negotiate better pricing for materials such that your profitability increases. To this end a tender for the supply of materials to our members for our managed care contracts is going to be launched shortly. This will allow streamlined ordering and increase your profitability . Further material value adds are being pursued.

  • CPD management is a necessary part of the optometric landscape. An exclusive programme designed for our members will be launched next month.
  • Identifying and managing the fixed costs of practice eg insurance is an important area where our collective buying power will be used to help the membership reduce costs.
  • Practice support is an important area that is often neglected. Timeous analysis of your business efficiency and ways to address shortcomings will be addressed by seminars and on-line tools.
  • Marketing of the Vision Partner logo and brand to the Medical Aids will be key to the patients identifying with our providers and the value that we represent.

B) Medical Aid Funders

  • the Vision Partners brand will demonstrate visibility, service delivery, credibility, footprintor distribution and the guarantee of quality eyecare service and products.
  • The funders can thus promote this unique group to their members with the security of a quality product.
  • An easily identifiable name and logo will help increase patients acceptance of the network and its members.

C) Patients

  • the communication from the medical aid will help the patient identify Vision Partners as a supplier of premium eyecare services.
  • The niche products being designed exclusively for our members will allow them differentiation in this market
  • They must be driven to “claim their benefits”at the Vision Partners sign.
